Resep baso ayam by mamaAluma

Dinginya kota zawiya malam ini menggerakan langkah kakiku utk menuju kitchen....
Kebetulan suami baru sj beli daging ayam giling 500gram seharga 5dinar ato sktr 40rb rupiah....not too mihil sih yaa....tp sbnrnya sy lbh suka beli daging ayam sj dan di giling sendiri dirumah. Krn kebersihan dan pilihan dagingnya lbh terjamin...tp sy percaya ajalah klo disini ga da penjual daging yang nakal...
sbnrnya mo bikin siomay tp ribet kali yaa...pinginnya langsung santap....secara perut sdh shoutout buat diisi.....jadilah bikin baso ayam....krn daging hikingnya sdh siap....mungkin cm perlu watu 15 menitan utk bikin ni baso....
Well....baso adalah the most favorite jajanan yg sgt di gemari indonesian. Trmsuk sy...hihihi....baso jg salah 1 indonesianfood yg cocok dilidah suami yg seorang wna dr desert country๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ aplg klo bikinan istrinya sendiri....katanya the best lah....Xoxoxo๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜œ
Tp the most of you pasti lbh sering beli di luar kan yaa....pdhl bikin baso itu gampang n sederhana banget kok...coba dech resep baso anti gagal dr sy...๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ‘Œ
bahan:
500gram daging ayam giling
4sendok makan.tepung tapi oka
1sdm bawang putih goreng haluskan
1butir telur ambil putihnya aja
garam merica bubuk
Bakingpowder 0,5 sendok teh
How to:
campur semua bahan jadi 1 sampe tercampur rata. Didihkan air di panci. Klo sdh mendidih kecilkan api. Cetak adinan baso dgn 2 sendok masukan ke dlm panci.tunggu samoe mangapung tandanya baso sdh matang.
Air sisa rebusanya bisa dibikin kuah baso. Tinggal cemplungin irisan bawang putih garam n merica....
Nah mudah bukan....kali ini sy bikin buletanya agak besar...ehemmm...suami hbs 16 baso dan sy 10 sdgkan aluma 4 hihihi....๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿœ

Resep pastel kering ala mama aluma

Hi dear...
Pasti diantara kalian ada yg seneng bgt bikin pastel kan? Ada pastel basah yg biasa isianya sayur atau daging cincang...ada pastel kering yg isianya abon sprti yg aku buat skrg...

Bnyk jg di jual di toko camilan ada yg kemasan ada jg yg kiloan....tp kadang rasanya agak apek n bikin tenggorokan serak...bs jd karena berpengawet ato minyaknya ga bersih yaa....

Padahal bikinnya ni mudah bgt lho...ni q share caranya yaa:

Bahan:
Tepung terigu
Air
Garam ato royco
Abon ayam

Diuleni sampe bs di pulun....pipihkan bs pake kayu penggilingm..botol kaca bekas...ato penggiling mi....cetak pake gelas ato benda lain sesuai size yg di inginkan...taruh abon di atasnya lipit dan rekatkan pinggiranya menyerupai pinggiran pastel...atau klo punya cetakan pastel lbh mudah n cepet.

Goreng di minyak panas dgn aoi sedang sampe kuning keemasan

Note:pastelnya hrs benar2 rekat n tertutup teoinya biar abon ga keluar n ngotorin minyak ya dear....

new year = new blog

Assalamu'alaikum sisters...
First in this my first blog occasion I would like to say 'Happy New Year 2015'. Maybe most of you now have some party or ceremony to celebrate the new year. But me n my family have no celebration for it. Why?because we feel have no special things to celebrate. it is just like a new day changes.
But today we have another celebration. yippy....now days is the birthday of my beloved rasulullah Muhammad SAW so in my husband's family we have some tradition. One of them is we have gift  to the children such as toys an chocolates.
Even though I'm not child anymore but I have gift request to my husband too.... before I did my request, he knows me so much.
He invited me to enjoy the tripoli all the day without aluma. So we go to souk tsalata. It is the biggest mall in tripoli. only there I can get coconut, egg noodles, soy beans for make "tempe"one of indonesian traditional snacks, soy ketchup, rice noodles, frozen fried chicken n fish n many more.
